Customer database
Quality assurance of the database is extremely important if you wish to have a competitive advantage on the market.
NN Markedsdata has over the years advised hundreds of companies on the subject of customer databases, and often the quality of the data is poor. We insist that the customer database is your greatest asset – not in the least in the planning of your sales activities. It is a question of securing a currently high quality of all data, which can be done in the following ways:
Bringing addresses up to date
Find the new addresses of customers and subjects who have moved to avoid having your letters returned, thereby wasting money. We keep the database under automatic surveillance and bring all names and numbers up to date.
Checking for duplicates
Have all the duplicate addresses in the database marked to avoid wasting money. It appears unprofessional to send the same message twice or more to the same person or company.
Addition of telephone number
If you need to telephone the customer, we add the current telephone number, whether ordinary or mobile telephone.
Checking for deceased customers
Nobody lives forever. Have the names of deceased customers removed from the database to avoid contacting a deceased customer. It is badwill for your company.
Protection against advertising literature
We check that both private individuals as well as companies are not listed for protection against advertising literature. If they are, it will appear from your customer database. This will prevent you from forwarding advertising literature to persons and companies who do not wish to receive it.
